An important part of our switch to T Mobile was getting all the info off of a VERY old I phone 4 with no memory available, and ancient IOS. Zack was spot on with moving EVERYTHING over to a new i phone 6s+.

He was very helpful and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and make sure that I knew about all of the products so that I could make the most educated choice and ended up getting a the new note 8 which I absolutely love. I definitely want Zack to get the recognition that he deserves because he is truly an asset to T mobile. I encourage anyone going into the Durango T mobile location to request Zack.
