They help with selection, and most important, they help with technical questions and set up, either by phone, in person at the store or in my home. They are there when I need them and they speak Durango English. Electronic devices, home entertainment in particular, eventually will require the technical expertise of Louisa's staff. Consider buying from then and take advantage of their outstanding service.
