The older lady behind the register greeted us immediately and was very pleasant. No pressure to buy anything. There were LOTS of cute things for birth and beyond. We ended up getting some REALLY cute handmade winter hats for our youngest. We couldn't decide which so my husband bought both! We get compliments on them EVERYWHERE we go. I can't speak on others interaction with the older lady, but based on selection and her pleasantness, next time we visit Durango we'll be stopping by her shop!
