  We had an insert put in last fall. They were great! Professional and fast. Today I called them because the stove was malfunctioning and just so happen our in floor heating went out the same weekend. When I mentioned this to Jeannie, who answered the phone, she realized the urgency. She called me back in 15 minutes there were people here within 2 hours to fix it. Pretty impressive considering we live a 1/2 hour outside of town! They were here for an hour... turns out the chimney was getting clogged. They said with the winds we were having this winter, they were having several issues with peoples pipes not pulling like normal and the style in which we were burning didn't help. I received some wonderful advise from their professional help and was completely satisfied. Don't know why anyone would give them a negative review, but it does look like some of the negativity was from a few years ago. In my opinion, they have definitely worked out the bugs.

  Awesome job. I was able to request service via their website, the staff I spoke with were very professional. They showed up on time and were very efficient and knowledgeable. For the amount of work that was done the price was reasonable as well. I had a wood burning insert that needed extensive cleaning and a pellet stove insert. The pellet stove proved to be very problematic as the exhaust was not attached securely and the stove didn't work after a thorough cleaning. They were able to properly attach the exhaust tube and get the stove working perfectly. Will use again!

  Read the other reviews about customer service, this place is horrible. We bought a stove they assured us would be big enough for our needs but it was obvious right away it wasn't. When I contacted them about exchanging it they said they could give us a $300 credit, A joke for a stove that cost over $2000.
